Schwarz Wellness Center ships via UPS for most domestic orders. Customers choosing an expedited method shipping such as overnight or 2nd day Air will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Products purchased from Schwarz Wellness Center may be returned or exchanged within 15 days, we can issue you a refund or web-store credit for exchange. Returned goods must be in perfect, unused condition and must be made within 15 days of purchase. Returns & Exchanges Procedure

To process a return or exchange please contact our office via email store@schwarzwc.com or telephone 909-793-7900. Please provide your name, the item you would like to return/exchange and the date of purchase. Returns take approximately 7-10 business days to process and do require a Return Authorization Form (if applicable). Return Authorization Forms are issued by email after we receive a request for exchange/return.
